Hundreds of wind turbine protesters from across Ontario didn't let the cold and snow scare them off. As Lauran Sabourin reports, they travelled to the small community of Wainfleet to lend their voice to the growing chorus of rural residents fighting wind turbines in their backyard.

Fisherville residents in Haldimand county are outraged after a tree housing a bald eagles' nest was cut down over the weekend to make way for a green energy wind project.

A Progressive Conservative MPP is accusing the province of knowing about the adverse health effects of wind turbines as far back as 2009. Published on Jan 7, 2013 On the morning of January 5th, 2013 Wind Turbine Developer Nextera Energy removed a bald eagle nest (species of special concern in Ontario), and the tree it was in, in order to accommodate an access road and a wind turbine for their company in the Summerhaven project in Haldimand Cty.

It looks like a Turkey Buzzard in this video has really been hurt. Wildlife have no chance against these monstrosities.
